We had 4 HUGE green pepppes from the garden and I didn't know what I could make to eat them all up. As I looked online, I found a really delicious looking recipe called Stuffed Green Peppers. So easy to make and they were delicious! Plus, I thought they looked so pretty, almost too pretty to eat.
